Size Guide

Every GirlFlo piece is cut differently, so each one has its own size guide. Choose your usual pre-pregnancy size, and if you are between two sizes, pick the larger one.

How to measure yourself

  • Hips: stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom.
  • Waist: use your pre-pregnancy waist, where you usually wear your jeans. The belly panel or waistband stretches over your bump.
  • Length: measure a pair of pants that fits you well, from the top of the waistband to the hem.

Keep the tape snug but not tight. Stretch fabrics are measured relaxed, so a garment that measures smaller than your body will still fit comfortably.

Garment measurements are taken flat or relaxed and can vary by 1 to 3 cm.
